Featured Artist: Wendy Rao began formal art studies in Art and Design at University of Alberta in 1992. She was awarded the Harry Wohlfarth Scholarship in 2002, received a Certification in Fine Arts in 2004, and has held solo exhibitions in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
